View Options display both active and inactive fiscal periods

Issue/Introduction

Start Period and End Period in the Clarity View Options display inactive fiscal periods.

Environment

Any Clarity release.

Resolution

This is the intended design. We do not restrict the periods only by the 'active' flag because there may be future periods that have not yet been activated.

Use the relative dates or filter by the selected period to narrow down the results displayed.
