Tie Breaker Scheduler service not starting "Could not get function dispatch table for CAPKI library"

Issue/Introduction

Application sever and schedule not starting with the following error

Could not get function dispatch table for CAPKI library

[01/09/2023 00:36:50]      CAUAJM_E_10649 Server ASPQ12 was not available during connection operation.

Environment

Release : 12.0

Resolution

The Services were running fine production and shadow.

It appears that the CAPKI was installed from another DVD. The version was not compatible.

Renamed the CAPKI folder in the $CASHCOMP  location

The tar the CAPKI from the working primary server and copied it to here.

After extracting the tar file. The Autosys scheduler and application server came up fine.
