Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Data Loss Prevention (DLP), some of the AD Agent Groups are no longer working in some of the policies.
The policies have multiple AD Agent Groups assigned to them.

Resaving or pushing the policies does not resolve this.
Rebooting the servers does not resolve this.

Resolution

There are two resolutions:

  • Delete the AD Agent Groups from the policy.
    Save the policy.
    Add the same AD Agent Groups back into the policy and save again.
  • In the policy, open each of the AD Agent Group rules and click OK.
    You need to do this for each of the AD Agent Groups in the policy.
    Then save the policy.
