Issue/Introduction

Some internal monitoring is going off on the tunnel status for our OPMS stations.  All stations are showing

55b5875b-537c-11ec-a655-42010a671387 instead of a status.  Not 100% that's normal. Was something done on the backend in the past 40mins that would have caused this?

OPMS Tunnel Connection Failed, log message: SEVERE: No more reconnect attempts, exiting.

Environment

Release : ASM SAAS

Resolution

At the time of this issue, there was nothing happening on the backend of ASM to affect the OPMS stations.  Turned out to be some proxy issues in the users' domain.
