Issue/Introduction

Can we replicate EBS volume across AZ and region?

 

Environment

Autosys 12.0

Resolution

The Autosys application does not know about EBS Volumes or locations.
It treats all file systems as local to itself.

In theory this should not be a problem but this is nothing we test nor can help troubleshoot.
The one thing I would caution about this would be a performance hit to the application due to latency.

You will need to setup and properly load test your configuration to see if it will meet your business requirements for performance.
There is no way support can help provide insight into this for you.
