Issue/Introduction

url_response collects the QOS for QOS_URL_FIRSTBYTE_TIME, but it was not enabled or configured via the monitoring configuration services.

Environment

  • Release: 20.4
  • url_response_mcs_templates v4.54

Cause

  • Defect in url_response_mcs_template

Resolution

Template test build version 4.55-SNAPSHOT. 

The test build will work only for a fresh install. Fix confirmed.

Step to apply the build:

1. Download the build and deploy it to the local archive on the Primary hub
2. Deploy the new template (url_response_mcs_templates-4.55-SNAPSHOT.zip) to the Primary hub 
3. Create a NEW profile
3. Disable the QoS for -> url_firstbyte_time
4. The QoS was no longer sent once it was disabled in the mcs profile within OC.
