Disable Remember Device Java script pop-up in Netscaler integration for Symantec VIP

Issue/Introduction

We are observing Remember Device Pop up coming in Java script integration which was not in previous integration, we want to disable that.

Environment

Release : 1.0

VIP Manager

Resolution

This behavior is observed because the "Enable Device FingerPrint" and "Enable Trusted Device" options are enabled in the VIP manager under Policies tab. We need to disable both the options in the Remembered Devices Policy section (i.e. Device FingerPrint and Trusted Device), as shown in the below screenshot.
