Is there any mechanism within CA Spool to “throttle” report throughput? There are raising a concern that the number of reports being generated within an hour may hit the max with Microsoft for sending to a mailbox.

Resolution

Option W can be added to the TCPDRIV keyword to delay the sessions.

Delay next session request in the FSSNPRO= specified number of seconds.

For example:    

NODE EMAILPRT,EMAIL1,TRANSFRM=A2PDK,TCPDRIV=SMTPW,FSSNPRO=1
