OI Maintenance to OI Maintenance Window crashes for users in Central Standard Time, MST

Issue/Introduction

When trying to setup a new or editing existing Maintenance schedule, once you select agent, entitles, etc. and click the continue button the browser will be blank instead of showing the Set a Maintenance Window.
