Notification emails missing message body

Issue/Introduction

After applying the 14.0.2 patch, email notifications are inconsistent. Sometimes they show the body of the message and sometimes they do not.

Backing out the 14.0.2 patch resolved the problem.

Release : 14.0

Resolution

EFix was provided.    If you see this same problem after upgrading to 14.0.2, please contact support.
