We created a role on SDM to the Audit Department so they can see all tickets although they can't edit them.
After assign the access types with the role and data partition, when the users look for tickets it shows them an error that they can't look the cases.
How can we correct the partition to perform the desired function?

Recommended to remove all the constraints from the data partition and add them back one at a time to see which one is preventing the Audit Department users from viewing the tickets.
To prevent them from updating any ticket recommended to try changing the "Update" constraint for the "Call_Req" table to "id=0".
