Unable to finalize NS web site cert error: Object already exists

Issue/Introduction

When trying to finalize the NS web site Certificate, the following errors are seen:

Failed to finalize certificate replacement for: 480fb256-875a-4462-b74a-e6f68eb4cbca 

Object already exists. 

Exception occured while finalizing certificate replacement operation. 
Object already exists.

Failed to switch 'IIS://LocalHost/W3SVC/1/Root/Altiris' web site to new certificate.
Object already exists.
COM Exception errcode: 0x8009000F

Cause

Certificate was manually added to IIS.

Resolution

As the Certificate already existed in IIS > Server Certificates, it needed to be removed.  After doing so, clicking Finalize Certificate was successful.
