Devices are listed with profiles in a bad state due to firewall issues

Issue/Introduction

Devices were listed with profiles in a bad state, they have not redeployed and want to fix. The systems initially had firewall issues, that have since been resolved.

Environment

Release : 20.4

Component: mcs

Resolution

Once the firewall issues are resolved, edit the group with an exclude on the source and allow it to be removed from the group.

Once removed it should remove the failed profiles.

After which you can remove the exclude of the device from the group and it should push the profiles without issue.
