Stopping users from saving to search for the role

Issue/Introduction

We have implemented configuration so that users can only save to their session and not to the full role.  Despite the removal of Save to Role, users are still able to save to the role and change for everyone.  We would like to restrict it only to the user.

Release : 17.3

Resolution

The problem could be reproduced with RU6, but could not be reproduced with RU19.  Upgrading to the most recent RU patch is recommended.
