Can calendars be activated without restarting CA7?

Issue/Introduction

Does CA 7 Workload Automation require a recycle when building calendars via the assemble/link process?

Resolution

Calendars that are built using the assemble & link process require CA 7 to be recycled before that are available for use.  This is because the assemble and link process performs an update to the load library.  Also, CALBLK statements are needed for the CA 7 Init File.  

Any calendar that is built with the Assemble/link process is automatically populated in the calendar library, if present.
