KVM failed to define network

Issue/Introduction

I have a couple of problems to define a network for the appneta vm in kvm.
I can't seem to define a vm after following the documentation Setup KVM .
I am currently stuck on the step create a virtual network function.

It gives the following error.

[[email protected] ~]# virsh net-define eno16780032-vf.xml
error: Failed to define network from eno16780032-vf.xml
error: operation failed: network 'eno16780032-vf' already exists with uuid f1f70d21-0f58-40b0-90a6-82c5f6d7d7f3

[[email protected] ~]# virsh net-start eno16780032-vf
error: Failed to start network eno16780032-vf
error: internal error: No usable Vf's present on SRIOV PF eno16780032

Environment

Release : SAAS

Cause

KVM is not an OS, this need to be deployed on a linux server (Ex: CentOS, a RHEL, or an Ubuntu KVM host.)

Resolution

Follow below steps to install KVM on a server with the following Operating Systems
CentOS, a RHEL, or an Ubuntu KVM host.
