Issue/Introduction

Customers with heavy scheduling of reports via Advance Reporting and browsing can result in the JICONTENTRESOURCE table becoming large when the scheduled output is saved to the repository.

 

Environment

Release : All supported clarity release with Jaspersoft 

Cause

Environments with heavy scheduling and browsing can result in the JICONTENTRESOURCE table becoming large when the scheduled output is saved to the repository.

Resolution

Currently from Advance reporting there is no auto purging facility however Tibco has an enhancement request. However below are the two approaches suggested by Tibco 

• Removing old content resources from repository
• Deleting Report Options
