Issue/Introduction

A generated SLA reports are displayed in US time format only. 

 

There is a requirement, to add a 24-hours format feature.

Release : 20.4 - 20.4 CU5

Cause

This article is informational. The 24-hours format has not been introduced to the software code yet.

Resolution

This feature will be introduced in CU6.
