The Properties tab changes its name to Details

Issue/Introduction

Steps to reproduce this behaviour is as follows:

1. Open a Project in the Modern UX, in one tab of the browser. In the other tab, open Account Settings in the Classic UI
2. Change the language of the account to German. Save
3. Refresh the project from Step 1 through the internet browser
4. Change the language of the account to English. Save
5. Refresh the project from Step 1 through the internet browser
6. Repeat steps 2 to 5, till the "Properties" tab of the project changes its tab name to "Details". When this change occurs is random. It can happen during the first iteration also

Expected Results: The "Properties" tab does not change its name to "Details"

Actual Results: The "Properties" tab changes its name to "Details" randomly

Workaround: Refresh the page again from the browser
