Support for Git Actions and Google Cloud Build

Issue/Introduction

For a POC purpose, I would like to check if devtest supports Git Actions and Google Cloud Build. 

The client pipeline is moving from Jenkins to Git Actions and Cloud Build. Hence need to check the feasibility of virtual services created via devtest

Environment

Release : 10.6.1

Resolution

 We have plugins available in Jenkins to deploy and manage virtual services. But we do not have any plugins for GIT Actions. If you want to manage virtual services through Git, you can use Devtest REST API calls.
