Unable to install Autosys 11.3.6 SP8 on fresh windows server with pre-installed sql DB, igateway specific error

I am trying to install Autosys 11.3.6 SP8 on fresh windows server with pre-installed sql DB, I am getting igateway specific error. All the required ports are open.

Environment
Release : 11.3.6
Resolution
It is a new install and EEM is not yet installed on the machine. The EEM install was available in a separate image (common components DVD ) in 11.3.6 version. In Autosys 12.0 and 12.1 it is available in the same install image. Hence we need to install EEM first from the common components before starting the autosys install.
After installing EEM the Autosys 11.3.6 install completed fine.
