Getting paging alarms for Kb/s when no setting was made for this in mcs profile

Issue/Introduction

I am getting cdm related paging alarms based on Kb/s used, and it was never configured to alarm in the mcs profile.

Environment

Release : 20.4

Component: cdm-MC-6.80-HF1

Cause

This happens when upgrading from a previous version of cdm mc to cdm-MC-6.80-HF1.zip.

Resolution

Update to cdm 6.84MC and acknowledge the alarms.
