Performance Center upgrade stuck

Issue/Introduction

Upgrading from 3.2. to 3.6 on RHEL 7.9 the performance center upgrade hangs.

Running:

ps -ef --forest we can see it is stuck on:

unzip -l /tmp/da-rib-docs.jar

Environment

Release : 3.2 upgrade to 3.6

Resolution

Killing the unzip of the ribdocs allowed the upgrade to progress.

It may mention this a s failure in the upgrade logs, but after startup the rib docs will be populated form the Data Aggregator.
This was meant as a means to try and speed up that process.
