Data aggregator stops because it cannot contact the Data Repository

Issue/Introduction
The DA stopped with the following error in the karaf.log when attempting to contact the Data Repository:
caused by: java.net.NoRouteToHostException: No route to host (Host unreachable)
Environment
Release : 22.2
Cause
The no route to host indicates the Data Repository host could not be reached, Typically this is due to an intermediary routing or firewall issue
Resolution
Correct the network issue preventing the Data Aggregator from contacting the Data Repository.
