Service Desk Manager (SDM) integrates with LDAP-enabled directories that support the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol version 3 (LDAP v3). The product documentation does not generally indicates a specific version/release of vendor directories as it supports and certifies LDAP v3. SDM should integrate if your LDAP version is v3.
