After upgrade to 22.2.4, external url with a double reverse proxy is not working

Issue/Introduction

We have two reverse proxies and the connection to the Portal does not work

Environment

Release : 22.2.4

Cause

When using the Apache Reverse Proxy as the second hop, it ADDS the hostname to a comma-separated list automatically.  This is unique behavior specifically to the Apache reverse proxy.

Resolution

Improvements were made to the underlying code to be able to handle these excess addresses in defect DE553503.  This work will be available in 22.2.5 which is targeted for January 2023.
