Error while running Explore & Correlation for Top Secret Endpoint: ETA_E_1437, LDAP function ldap_search() timed out waiting

Issue/Introduction

Installed and configured IDM and now working on connecting to TSS and running E&C. We are able to successfully add / delete TSS endpoint by using our pin. However we are not able to run E&C. We see the error “: ETA_E_1437, LDAP function ldap_search() timed out waiting for a response from the directory server. Please let us know if there are any additional ports to be open.

IDM r14.4 POC environment (Development) on cloud

Cause

The firewall has blocked port(s).

Resolution

Ensure that all required ports are open and are not blocked by firewalls.
