Phase 2 migration fails to start DLP services.

Issue/Introduction

During phase 2 migration, migrator fails to start enforce manager service.

Environment

Release : 15.8 or 16.0

Cause

Notifier service fails to start due to access denied error on new OpenJDK path. Notifier service logs shows path to which access was denied.

Resolution

Provide DLP service user access to New OpenJDK path and restart the migrator.
