UIM - group availability report shows wrong "average availability" value

Issue/Introduction

After generating an availability report for a group of devices, you notice that "average availability"  is different than expected:

Release : 20.4.x - CU5 

Cabi version 7.5-8.0

uim_cabi_avalability_report_pack 1.11
