Not able to upload Quova data

Issue/Introduction

Using the steps outlined in the product documentation, we have downloaded the latest Quova v7 data. 

It encounters the following error while uploading to the system using arrfupload.exe:

Resolution

Quova data upload tool 9.1_QuovaTool_Patch is released to resolve the issue.
