Support for snmptd and snmpgtw for AES 192 and 256

Issue/Introduction

Due to increasing requirements for security we want to switch to SNMPv3 with authentication using AES 256 encryption. 

Unfortunately, the probe snmptd and snmpgtw do not support this encryption at the moment. 

Is there any plan to support this?

There is an Enhancement for snmpgtw and snmptd and this is scheduled for being released during 2023. 

For snmpgtw and snmptd, all libraries will be upgraded vs2017.

This will include support for AES256.
