workflow "failed to retrieve lauch data from server" and "can't decide access type" errors after upgrade to 4.1.1 version

The client has upgraded to 4.1.1 and is no longer able to use Maximum Connection Idle Timeout (Minutes) with a value of Zero in the Global Settings.

If does this, SSH accesses that have a Password View Policy with Dual Authorization enabled will not be able to open the access even after approval.

They will get the error in PAM UI: "failed to retrieve launch data from server" and "can't decide access type".

The only workaround we found until this Article is published on Dec/22 was to set the "Maximum Connection Idle Timeout (Minutes) to a value above zero. The maximum allowed is 2880 minutes. 
There is a internal ticket being worked to verify the issue with Engineering
