Views dropdown not working at high zoom levels

Issue/Introduction

The views dropdown is not showing the saved views at certain zoom levels.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the Modern UX project list.
2. Ensure that there are several saved views.
3. Click on the views dropdown. Saved views list will be displayed.
   
4. Increase the browser zoom level until the dropdown displays results at the top of the dropdown.

Expected Results: Saved views are displayed in the dropdown (possibly using some scrollbar if needed).

Actual Results: Saved views are not displayed in the dropdown.

Resolution

Modern UX currently supports 100% zoom and in some pages/screens, up to 120%.

There are plans to support higher zoom levels as part of future work.
