In a new Spectrum environment, the OneClick URL is not accessible, with an error that it cannot reach the page:

Checked that OneClick was running correctly on port 8443. Process was running correctly with no faults. Checked firewall and SELinux were not enabled so nothing on the server is blocking access.
Switched off HTTPS and tried with HTTP (port 8080) after restarting tomcat. Still same error.
Tried to ping OC server from PC (where the browser was run). Neither FQDN hostname or the IP address worked, so something in the network is blocking access.
Firewall is not allowing access between the PC where the browser is being run and the OneClick server on all ports, including 80, 8080 (HTTP) or 8443 (HTTPS). Check the firewall and open the ports.
