SSM V3 Discovery process fails with SQL error RC = -7405

Issue/Introduction
Updating OPSMVS SSM V2 to V3, performed Discovery process, but it fails with SQL error RC = -7405.
Is there a solution to this problem?
The procedure executed is as follows.
(1) In the following screen displayed by executing 4.11.P.P in OPSVIEW, specify DI for XxxxPOL1

The Discovery facility scans the current system for active started tasks and
adds them to the SSM POLICY table. Existing policy data is not updated by
this utility.
This process may take several minutes to complete.
After the tables are built, the Resource Policy panel will be invoked to
allow you to view and customize the resulting policy data.
If the resource table specified below does not exist it will be added to
STATEMAN control with an associated action table.
If the table already exists the table and associated action table will not
be updated by this utility.

Error 7405 indicates that the table does not exist or has not been created.
OPS7405E
OPERATION FAILED. TABLE rdftbl DOES NOT EXIST
First, check in OPSVIEW 2.6 to see if the table is present.
If a policy table has been created in OPSVIEW 4.11.P.P. but is not displayed in OPSVIEW 2.6, the policy table may not have been created correctly.
Please recreate the policy table in OPSVIEW 4.11.P.P., check it in OPSVIEW 2.6, and then perform Discovery again.
