SUMMARY: MUX - When Refreshing a Project the Properties changes name to Details

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

After refreshing the Project page in the MUX, the Properties module changes to Details

1. Log into MUX. Open a Project
2. Press the refresh button on the browser in Chrome or Edge

Expected Results: 

The title of the Properties module should always be the same.

Actual Results:

Sometimes the title changes to Details
This doesn't always occur on the first refresh, sometimes it only occurs after several refreshes.
