NAT0873 when running the EINE LOADNAT job

Issue/Introduction

Trying to install the new version of the Endevor Integration for Natural (EINE) interface and load the new Natural EINELIB.

The EINE LOADNAT job is getting a NAT0873 with a RC=12.

Environment

Release : All supported versions of Endevor / EINE

Resolution

The most common issue is the userid is not set up in Natural Security. 

   - Check with the Natural Security admin the userid is defined to Natural Security

 

 

Another cause could be that the userid was set up in Natural Security but not allowed to be used in batch.

  - Check with the Natural Security admin and verify if the userid has batch privileges 

     If not, obtain and use a different userid which does have batch privileges
