I have a user who is encountering the error 400 Login Failed error. I don't think this would be on the Clarity/Broadcom side, but we've been unable to isolate the issue. Perhaps there is something with the user's setup, however, all looks good to me. Can you identify any potential issue?

Resolution
Uncheck Force Password Change under Administration->Resources
Ensure user account details (username, name, email address) matches across all user store systems (Customer IDP, Clarity application, & Broadcom Okta) else we could see login issues.
