SMTP_TLS_ENABLED , but error shows TLS is required to send mail

Issue/Introduction

When configuring the email relay and doing tests, it generates a tls error, according to the documentation, tlsv1_2 was activated but the error is still being obtained:

Resolution

In addition to set SMTP on Vapp  do you need to enable the TLS on client as per the link below
