Issue/Introduction

Multiple team members try to access OI and get a black screen as shown below.  We have tried from multiple browsers and locations with the same result.  We are able to logon and see dashboards, but not the main OI part that shows us our Services, Alarms, Inventory, etc.

 

Environment

Release : 22.1

Resolution

Issue: For the central time zone only, in comparison of time zones with respect to DST, it seems like there is a mismatch and led to a validation failure. It eventually led to OI blank page.

Change made:  Added check for undefined so that the code does not fail when assigning the time zone.
