unable to export alarms

Issue/Introduction

Attempting to export from a filtered all alarms view that contains about 250 alarms (opened and closed)

I get a 500 error popup.

 

Environment

Release : SAAS

Cause

While exporting both open and closed alarms, closedtime didn't exist from open alarms. Due to that API is failing to export the alarms.

Resolution

Fix: Not including the closedtimestamp for open alarms during export. Available after 12-16-22.
