Issue/Introduction
For file type detection policy, when customer uploads file to MS Teams application, Web CDS incident is generated for file type detection, but attachment is missing from incident snapshot.
Environment
DLP Cloud service for ICAP
Resolution
This is a product defect currently under review and will be addressed in upcoming DLP Cloud release in first quarter of 2023.
