Email notification with attachment icon in outlook even though there is no attachments within the email post 16.1.0 upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Post Upgrade to 16.1.0 in Outlook, the email notifications received for job completions comes with an attachment icon, even though there is no attachments within the email.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to Administration->Notifications.
2. Click on Notification format tab and add Company logo and Save.
3. Attempt to run a job and put yourself as the one to be notified on completion.
4. In the outlook once email arrives it will show attachment icon indicating this email has an attachment when it does not.

Expected Results: It should not show attachment icon.

Actual Results: it is showing attachment icon.
