Issue/Introduction

OneClick users are unable to change their password in DX NetOps Spectrum 21.2.6. The following error is seen:

Environment

Release : 21.2.6

Component: OneClick

Cause

This happens when the session (browser) gets expired and then the user tries to do some action like changing the password in this case. This error message comes from invalid_token.jsp which was introduced in Spectrum 21.2.6.

Resolution

The invalid_token.jsp was removed in Spectrum versions after 21.2.6 and the logic changed so it is not an issue in Spectrum versions after 21.2.6.

Additional Information

The workaround in 21.2.6 is to click on the reload button on the browser.
