We modified EEM Policy a few months ago do denied a group of IDs to use WS or sendevent command.
A user complained to us that a function ID failed to trigger a job via WS after WS was recycled.
It is obvious the EEM Policy was not sync with WS.
May I know the reason, or we need a patch, or is there way we could monitor the syncronization between EEM and WS

As the policies are cached, the web services do need to be restarted for the updated EEM policies to take effect. This applies to all policy updates related to web service.
