Windows file transfer jobs are returning the following errors in the agent logs:
U00029000 Report '3530314' for file '\\server.prod.com\checkfiles\Utilities\0001\Monitoring\status.txt' has been started.
U00029003 Cannot open file '\\server.prod.com\checkfiles\Utilities\0001\Monitoring\status.txt', error code '5', error description: '5 - Access is denied. >libcpprnt/src/FileChannel.cpp#sys::FileChannel::open:241<'.
U00029002 Report '3530314' ended abnormally.

This is a permissions issue.
This was resolved as the service manager was started as Local System instead of the Automic service account. Once that was modified and restarted, the jobs ran as expected with no more erros.
