Audit Trail is displaying some values in seconds instead of hours

Issue/Introduction

In the Audit Trail, some values are appearing in seconds (e.g.: 28800) instead of hours (e.g.: 8).

Environment

Release : 16.0.2

Cause

Audit Trail is using the same logic for all regular (i.e.: non-TSV) attributes. However, those attributes do not contain metadata, and while some are related to time and stored in seconds, not all of them are, so doing the unit conversion would not be correct for all of them.

Resolution
