Repository.Free.Disk.Space.Limit.Pct settings ignored

Issue/Introduction

Althogh the Repository.Free.Disk.Space.Limit.Pct is configured for 15% CAPC shows an orange alarm for Scheduled Report Repository.
In this case the partition is used by 75%, free space is 25% but DX NetOps shows Degraded.

Cause

The Repository.Free.Disk.Space.Limit.Pct value is the level at which Status will be Failed not Degraded.

Resolution

It gets into Degraded at around 10% higher than Repository.Free.Disk.Space.Limit.Pct value;
In this case it is 15% + 10% = 25%
