MYSQL_ERROR after upgrade to 22.2.3 version

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to 22.2.3 found below error in MYSQL.OUT log
[ERROR ../../../../../mysqlcom-8.0.30/extra/protobuf/protobuf-3.19.4/src/google/protobuf/message_lite.cc:134] Can't parse message of type "Mysqlx.Connection.CapabilitiesSet" because it is missing required fields: (cannot determine missing fields for lite message)

Environment

Release : 22.2.3

Resolution

Oracle support confirmed that "The error is not harmful".
There is no functional impact because of this error.
