Issue/Introduction

We are looking to move out of our on premise and co-location datacenters into Google Cloud, specifically GCVE.  GCVE is essentially VMWare ESXi running in Google's cloud environment.  Would moving our existing CAPAM nodes into GCVE be a supported configuration/environment?  

Resolution

PAM is supported in VMWare ESXi environments, and that includes GCVE. Network and firewall configurations outside of PAM need to allow PAM to communicate with clients, within a cluster and with target devices per port requirements in our online documentation pages IP Addresses and Ports for Network Connectivity, Default Ports for Credential Manager, and Cluster Deployment Requirements and Guidelines.
